The dates have been set for this years Big Little Arts Weekend, which is a follow up to last years successful Little Arts Festival. This Rushlake Green based community arts event starts with launch preview on Thursday 25th September 2025 and continues through until the finale on Sunday the 28th. The event programme is still in development but already includes:
– Open Art Exhibition, where anyone can enter one or two art pieces
– Workshop by Sussex Harmony
– Live recreation of classic Beatles albums from 1964
– Big little Book Bash, with donations by local book clubs on sale
– Music & Words session where local musicians and writers share their work
Plenty of scope still for contributions of art pieces, singer songwriter compositions, poems and stories, and performances by local bands, dancers and creatives in any area of the arts.
